One of the biggest fashion trends this autumn/winter is the aviator/shearling jacket. I personally am so pleased as i love them, they're gonna go with so many outifts on the dreaded cold days. Last year it was the biker jackets which were a main trend however they have been taken over by the aviator in 2010. I've went through the usual retail sites and picked out a selection of some of the best value, best styled aviators.
The first one being a boohoo.com choice, not a site i have ever bought something from so i couldn't comment on the quality of the clothing. This is personally my least favourite out of the 6 however i decided to include it when i noticed the price tag was a tiny £45.00,one of the cheapest aviators i've seen so far. The next one is a good old Topshop classic which is definitley my favourite! The fit and quality if just perfect, everything i expect in a topshop aviator jacket. It's surprisingly cheap for topshop at £58.00. Without a doubt it is the one i'll be purchasing as i don't think my winter wardrobe will be complete without it. The third one is from www.missguided.com, only recently has this site became well known and i'm so pleased it has. It has some lovely topshop copies for half the price! It does look really really thick though, which for me isn't a good thing as i prefer lightweight coats, but its a bargain at £45.00. I didn't expect Newlook to have an aviator instock as i've been checking instore for so long waiting for an aviator to appear on the rails so i was very suprised when i discovered the fourth one of my choices online. Next is an Asos pick, the only one that is infact real leather. Personally i'm not bothered whether its leather or plastic, the plastics look so good recently that it can be impossible to tell. Id much rather have the plastic and get a bargain. This one is very expensive compared to the other at £150.00, a gorgeous jacket but an extremely high price tag for something which can be bought for a lot cheaper! And finally is the River Island aviator, another favourite along with the Topshop one (the two are very similar). I love the buckles on bottom of this one, little added details like that can really make a jacket stand out from the others.
