day 02 of 30: five favourite items in my closet

If you've been reading my blog then you'll know about the 30 posts feature which i've been taking part in. Basically it involves 30 posts with each one having a specific title, have a little look back through my older posts and you'll find it there. So yeah, post 02 of 30 which involved me choosing my five favourite things in my wardrobe. It wasn't the easiest decision to make but I think once I thought about what I wore most and had a good look through there was some clear winners. Few little problems with the photographing of them as when i'd finished I decided that they looked rubbish being shown on hangers and the room wasn't right, so I had to start all over again. I felt like I was taking photos of them to sell on ebay or something, thankfully I wasn't because I don't think I could part with any of these. I've also just noticed that they're all jackets/coats.

001: Barbour. I've had this about a year now but I still find days when I think, 'ah I need to bring it out'. Mad craze this last time year for barbours and I didn't want to go for the one that everyone seemed to be getting. I'd seen very few people with this one on, and even fewer with it in green so this had to be the one. I do feel a little bit like a farmer in it actually but seriously, it's such a handy coat to have.

002: Tweed Blazer. I've already featured this in an outfit post last week telling you all about how long i'd wanted one of these. I haven't worn this nearly as much as i'd have liked to yet, i'm quite ashamed at how little it's been worn actually. It's one of them jackets that I know i'll be able to wear for a long time, they arn't sort of in fashion and straight out again like most things. Quite a good (small)  investment made.

003: Faux Fur Coat. Does this even need an explanation as to why it's one of my favourite things if not the favourite. I actually adore this coat! It's just so warm and furry and gorgeous. Definitely gonna get me through a cold winter. 

004: Leather Jacket. I don't think it's the actual coat that I love but more the fact that it just seems to go with everything. One of those coats which always goes with the outfits where you don't have another jacket to wear with it. Jazzed up with a scarf and things it's perfect. Lovely little Primark bargain.

005: I actually forgot that I even had this. It's spent a long long time in my wardrobe, maybe even two years. It's one of those things where you either love it or absoloutley hate it. Obviously I'm one of the lovers, the little pink and blue pattern on it is so cute. Something that just looks as if it's been made by a grandma, aw I love winter knits.
