old and new

Dress worn as top H&M, Skirt Topshop, Necklace Ebay, Bag Vintage.

I wore this yesterday just to walk the dog and sunbathe in the garden but ended up going to a friends on the nightime so by the time I got home I really couldn't be bothered to blog. 5 hours of sunbathing later and i'm bright red, the whole plan to not wear suncream just to get a tan isn't a one which i'll be using again in future. I'd forgotten how painful (and not worth it) sunburn is even if it does mean i'll have a tan for a week or two.

I dunno if any of you do the same but I have a habit of buying something, not wearing it very much and then begin to love it all over again a year later. I've had this skirt for ageees yet i've worn it about 3 times, i love it with classic black and white spots though so this outfit will definitely be worn again this summer. I can see this necklace being worn with just about everything too. Not something that will appeal to everyone I know, especially a lot of the people I know I can see a few insults being said, i've already had 'are you going to do a crucifixion' or something along those lines but y'know, each to their own tastes and individuality.
