perfume collection

I've been trying to think of some sort of post that I could do this week which didn't involve any photos of me (just because by the time I get home from school the lighting is terrible) so I decided to do a little perfume collection post. I know I don't have a huge amount, I normally only have around two bottles at any one time but it seems to have just all collected together somehow.

The first perfume starting from the left is D&G The One which I'm sure most of you have seen before. It has a lovely smell but it doesn't seem to last for anymore than half an hour on me which isn't good. Lady Million, one of my favourite perfumes ever! This smells absoloutley gorgeous, really really amazing and last for absoloutley ages. I always get people saying 'all I can smell is your perfume) which can't be a bad thing really unless it's a bit too strong which hopefully it isnt. I'm one of those people who is very sparing with perfumes I like. I've had that once since September and there's still 90% left, I know it sound silly but I just don't want it to ever run out. The tall red bottle is just a cheap one from Next which considering it's only £12 is actually a good perfume. It smells very much like Calvin Kelin Euphoria actually. Obviously for a cheap perfume you can't expect it to last too long but for the money it's worth it. The next one is Kate Moss which is about the second bottle of that i've had. I first bought it a few years ago and then I got it for xmas too. Everytime I smell it, it still reminds me of me a few years ago. I don't really even need to tell you about Alien as it's so well known that it goes without saying that this smells gorgeous. It actually lasts all day too which is a huge plus. Some other perfumes which i've had and loved in the past or smelt them in shops before are Christina Agulaira by day and by night, Ghost Sweetheart, Chanel Chance and the orange Hugo Boss.

Obviously everyone has their own tastes with perfume and it's a very personal thing. These are the ones which I like but not everyone else will like them too.  I'm always looking for new perfumes so let me know a few of your favourites. I'm selling some 100ml bottles of these on my blog shop  too so have a look if you're interested (very discrete selling of my shop there haha).

Really wishing I hadn't decided to do this post now as when I was getting a bottle of perfume, clumsy dropped it straight through a glass shelf and smashed the whole shelf. Loads of tiny tiny glass pieces all over my bedroom, lovely.

EDIT: Totally off the topic but does anyone know if courts allow people to do a week of work experience there?

I work at next and have found that a lot of their perfumes smell like designer brands. No one can tell the difference!

Not sure about actual court rooms but it's worth a try asking. A friend of mine did work experience in the lawyer's offices, I think, because her dad is a barrister x

You can do work experience in courts. I did. I had to apply by letter and they let you know if they have spaces available. It's best to apply early. Its a experience worth doing if you want to study Law at university.

Experience in solicitors are hard to get but you can try. In my experience I did a variety of things, filing, advising people, data inputting, observing cases in both civil and criminal courts.

Last year, when doing AS Levels I did experience in Magistrates court too. You had to be doing A Levels and want to study Law at university to do it there though.

Go for it, best thing to do is ring up the court itself and they will connect you to the relevant co-ordinator.

It really motivates you for future career goals and allows you to witness how subjective law is. It gives you a chance to have your interpretation on miscarriages of justice and to attest the roles of barristers/judges/soliciters. I got to meet a judge too, dead posh but dead encouraging! Sorry for the essay but it's really a worthwhile experience!

Good Luck.

I did work experience at my Crown Court, and as the above person said, you'll need to write a letter. Ring them up and get some more information if you can and I'm sure they'll help you :) x
